Giving Effective Feedback
Do you dread having to tell a co-worker that his personal habits are driving you nuts? Do you want to crawl under your desk when you have to tell a difficult employee to change her work habits? Giving effective feedback is challenging, but not impossible.
Feedback is a key piece of working in effective teams. But it’s not so easy to give or receive feedback. How do we learn about what we do, as well as our work mien? How do we help our managers and coworkers see how their behavior affects us?
In this interactive workshop, we'll explore strategies for giving and receiving feedback. We'll practice with some of the more difficult situations you've encountered. By the end of the session, you'll be more comfortable and more effective giving feedback.
