I’m off to Belgium tomorrow for 11 days coaching two teams new to Agile. The last time I was in Belgium was in the summer of 1997, during the midst of a life-changing tour of western Europe following a band across the continent. Aside from the client work, I’m looking forward to some of the best beer in the world and doing some sight seeing.
